DEMCCO’s Hospitality Committee performs an important function during out general meetings and special events.  The Hospitality Chair has significant responsibility to purchase and maintain equipment and supplies,  set up and clean up our meeting area for meetings and special events, and participate in E-Board meetings.  It has been a goal of making the Hospitality Chair an elected and voting member of the E-Board for a long time.  At its May 9, 2019, meeting, the E-Board recommended the membership adopt the following Amendment to the Bylaws.  Please click on the link to find the Bylaws.  The recommended changes are found on pages 3, 4 and 6 and are indicated in red.
